To secure your booking, an amount of 30 euros per day is required at the time of the booking (via debit or credit card). For security reasons, you will never be asked by our staff to send your credit card’s details over the Internet. You may give us a phone call or provide us with your phone number and a convenient time and we’ll call you back. A booking confirmation email will then be sent to you. Please remember to give us your flight details so that we can arrange your transfer from and to Kefalonia’s Airport.
We accept all cards except American Express. There is no surcharge for credit cards.
We offer a full refund of your deposit, up to one hour prior to arrival. Essentially, cancellations are completely free.
Our hotel is an adults-only property, so unfortunately we do not accept children under 16 years of age.
The only place we advertise and sell our rooms is our website, the one you are reading right now. We do not advertise in any other website, travel agency, tour operator etc. Please be cautious about websites selling you rooms with us, they are not legitimate.
We normally send booking confirmations within minutes of payment. If you still haven’t received it, please check your email’s spam folder. If it’s not there, just contact us and we’ll send another one asap.
For bookings of 1 week or longer, we arrange for a free transfer from the airport to the hotel and back, any day of the week, any time of day or night. A hotel representative will be waiting for you just outside the area where you collect your luggage. They will be holding a sign with the hotel’s name. They will then escort you to the hotel transport that will bring you to us.
For bookings of less than a week, we will pay for either your transfer from the airport to the hotel, or from the hotel to the airport.
Not a problem at all! If your flight is delayed, our representative will be waiting for you for as long as necessary.

We have two wheelchair-accessible rooms, 109 and 110. Please provide us with details of your needs and we’ll make sure you feel nice and comfy.
Unfortunately we only accept guide dogs at the hotel.
There is no set time for check-in. For check-out, if your room needs to be prepared for the next guests arriving, we will provide you with a courtesy room until you depart for your flight back home. If not, you can stay in the same room for as long as you need.
This will depend on what time the next guests will be arriving. We normally try to let you stay in the same room, but Reception will let you know on the day and well in advance.

Every room has its own parking space and parking is free of charge.
We provide both feather and non-feather pillows, just let us know of your preference when you book.
We have a special area for ironing, just ask at Reception.
Breakfast is served 8:00am – 10:00am, but if you are departing early we can arrange for an early breakfast (on request and with no extra charge). Dinner is served 7:30pm – 9:30pm, and for departures before that time we can arrange an early dinner.
It sure is! Please make sure you book with Reception prior to arriving to avoid disappointment. We will always try our very best to accommodate you but sometimes the restaurant gets very busy and we need to arrange our tables and service in a way that will allow us to look after you and make your dinner most enjoyable.
Please contact us to discuss your needs and we will make sure you’ll enjoy your meals and feel right at home! We cater for all dietary needs and there’s no extra charge.
All our rooms are equipped with fridges.
Our Reception is open 9am to 10pm every day. In case of emergency, Niko is always around.
We lock the hotel doors at 1:00am every night. When you arrive we’ll give you a tour of the hotel and your room and we’ll show you where to find the code that unlocks the hotel’s main entrance.
Our pool bar opens at midday and closes at 1:00am at night, unless it’s not busy, in which case it closes when all guest are gone.
The swimming pool is open from 7am till midnight.
Absolutely, bring them and enjoy yourselves!
Your day can begin with a nourishing breakfast from the hotel’s buffet at the restaurant or overlooking the pool. After that, you can take a swim in the freshwater pool and enjoy a fantastic lunch from a wide variety of dishes or just a light snack or sandwich. At the Reception desk, you can get information and hire a car or book one of our excursions that run throughout the week. Don’t miss Niko’s tour of the island, you’ll learn a lot about Kefalonia. For your evening pleasure, you may dine at the hotel enjoying local and international delicacies accompanied by a great variety of local wines. You may also enjoy a wide selection of cocktails while relaxing at the Pool Bar.
Trapezaki Beach is only a 10 minutes’ stroll downhill. There’s also St. Thomas Beach (20 minutes’ walk) and Lourdas Beach (45 minutes’ walk).
